Actually... being a local boy too, I suspect I might be guilty of the same a you! I like to drive too slow and inefficiantly let other cars in.

just because my dad said it also does not make him Abraham Lincoln :)

it's better than being told that your driving helps others to rediscover their childhood faith. *rolls eyes* It doesn't bother ME that much.
